Is there really no upfront website design fee?
Yes. Your website is professionally designed without a large upfront payment. Instead, the cost of creating and maintaining your website is included within your affordable monthly package.
Why is there a minimum agreement?
Because I invest many hours designing and building your website before receiving any payment upfront, we ask for a 12-month minimum term. The minimum agreement allows us to provide a professional website design without charging a large initial fee.
Do I own my website?
Your website is fully managed by Fresh Web Design while your monthly package is active. After 12 monthly payments, ownership of the website can be transferred to you if required. Most customers choose to stay because they enjoy having everything managed for them.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. Your website continues as normal on a simple rolling monthly basis. You can continue enjoying hosting, updates and support, or cancel with 14 days’ notice.
Who will I deal with?
You’ll deal directly with Martin – the owner of Fresh Web Design. No call centres. No complicated support tickets. Just friendly help from the person who designed your website.
Are website changes included?
Yes.
General minor content updates are included, such as changing text, replacing images, updating services or adding small sections. Large redesigns, advanced features or major new functionality may be quoted separately.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes.
Your website is built using WordPress, meaning you can have access to update content yourself if you wish. However, many customers prefer us to take care of everything.
Are there any hidden costs?
No.
Hosting, security, updates and support are included. If you ever request something outside your package, we’ll always discuss any additional costs first of course.
Can I move my website elsewhere?
Yes.
After the initial agreement period, your website can be transferred to another provider if required. We never believe in trapping our customers.
How do I pay the monthly fee?
To pay the monthly fee, you can set up a standing order or direct debit with your bank. We can provide you with our bank details at the start of the process.
